Baileys Brownies

Ingredients:

1 Cup Salted Butter melted
1 Cup Baileys Irish Cream
(for a non-alcoholic version, substitute heavy cream or Irish Cream Coffee
Creamer)
3 large Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cup AP Flour
2 ¼ Cups Granulated Sugar
1 ¼ Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Instant Espresso Powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F


In medium sized bowl combine melted butter (cooled), Baileys, vanilla, and eggs


In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients


Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and whisk together


Mixture will be very thick


Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and pour batter evenly into pan


Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of brownies comes out clean


Remove from oven and allow to cool


Portion warm brownies into serving dishes and top with desired ice cream (I recommend Haggen Daz
Irish Cream Ice Cream)
